Shipping & Returns

The prices for the shipping costs are visible in the online shop before you conclude the order process - you can cancel the order at this point if you do not agree.

Within the EU, we ship either by Austrian Post, Hermes, DHL or DPD - depending on the destination, value, size or weight of the package.
Our delivery times are not binding, but we try to deliver as soon as possible.
When paying by prepayment, the delivery will be carried out only upon successful receipt of payment in full.
Shipments can only be made on weekdays from Monday-Friday.
No shipping on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays or during company holidays.

Delivery times:
4 weeks within Austria if goods not in stock
6 weeks within EU if goods not in stock

For longer delivery times there is a right of withdrawal within Austria if 30 days have been exceeded.
The delivery period starts from the successful receipt of the full invoice amount on our account.
If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a general public holiday recognized at the place of delivery, the next working day shall be replaced by such day.
If the order process can not be completed with the specified delivery address, then shipping to this address will not be offered by us.
Currently we do not deliver any goods or services to Albania, Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Macedonia, Moldova, Monaco, Montnegro, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine, Belarus , Cyprus and all other countries outside the EU.
